一句话版本:谛听把语音变成文字。我们从不保存录音;只保存生成的文字和你的邮箱, 让你能看到自己的记录。所有内容你随时可以删除。

1. 我们是谁

谛听(Diting)在澳大利亚运营。本政策说明我们如何依据澳大利亚《1988 年隐私法》及其他适用法律处理个人信息。联系方式:hello@diting.app。

2. 我们收集什么

Apple 登录信息 —— 通过 Sign in with Apple,我们收到一个匿名标识符 (以及你选择共享时的邮箱),用于识别你的账户。订阅购买由 Apple 处理;我们使用 RevenueCat 管理订阅状态,它会收到你的购买凭据,但永远接触不到你的转录内容。
转录、翻译与摘要 —— 你选择开启字幕的谈话所产生的文字, 以及日期、时间、时长和语言对。
基础技术数据 —— 如设备型号、App 版本、错误日志,用于维持服务运行。

我们不收集或保存任何录音。声音仅实时流式转成文字后即丢弃, 不会写入我们的服务器。

我们不收集你的通讯录、位置、照片或广告标识符,也不使用任何第三方广告或追踪 SDK。

3. 语音和文字如何被处理

按下「开始」后,麦克风的声音会实时发送给语音识别与翻译服务商(目前为 Google Gemini API)以生成文字;每句文字会发送给同一服务商翻译;当你让 App 把译文念给对方听时,该句英文会发送给同一服务商合成语音;按下「停止」后,文字会发送给同一服务商生成摘要。这些服务商依其条款代表我们处理数据,且根据我们所使用的 API 条款,不会用你的数据训练模型,并对数据提供与本政策同等的保护。App 在你首次按下「开始」前会弹出说明并征得你的同意后才发送任何数据。转录和摘要随后存储在我们的数据库中(由 Supabase 托管)。

数据可能在澳大利亚境外(如美国)处理或存储。使用谛听即表示你同意此类传输。

4. 我们为什么使用你的信息

提供服务:实时字幕、转录和摘要。
登录并把记录关联到你的账户。
诊断和修复问题。

我们不出售你的信息,不用于广告,也不用你的转录内容训练模型。

5. 他人的信息

转录内容会包含他人说的话。你有责任告知对方,并遵守你所在地适用的录音/知情同意法律。手机放在桌上、屏幕上实时显示字幕,本身也让对方可以看到字幕正在生成。

6. 保存与删除

转录和摘要保存至你删除为止。在 App 中长按任意记录即可删除。
你可以在设置中删除整个账户,这将从我们的数据库中永久移除你的邮箱和全部记录。
备份在删除后 30 天内清除。

7. 安全

数据在传输和存储时均加密,数据库访问受限。没有绝对安全的系统;如发生影响你数据的安全事件,我们将依法通知你。

8. 你的权利

你可以随时访问、更正、导出(在 App 内复制)或删除你的信息。如对我们的处理方式有疑问或投诉,请邮件联系 hello@diting.app。如对我们的答复不满意,可联系澳大利亚信息专员办公室(oaic.gov.au)。

9. 未成年人

谛听不面向 16 岁以下人群,我们不会有意收集他们的信息。

10. 变更

我们可能更新本政策。「最后更新」日期会随之变化,重大变更会在 App 内提示。

Privacy Policy

Short version: Diting turns speech into text. We never store audio. We store the resulting text and your email address so you can see your records. You can delete everything at any time.

1. Who we are

Diting is operated from Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, other privacy laws. Contact: hello@diting.app.

2. What we collect

Apple ID sign-in — we receive an anonymised identifier (and your email only if you choose to share it) via Sign in with Apple, used to identify your account. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple; we use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which receives your purchase receipt but never your transcripts.
Transcripts, translations, and summaries — the text produced from conversations you choose to caption, together with the date, time, duration, and language pair.
Basic technical data — such as device type, app version, and error logs, used to keep the Service working.

We do not collect or store audio recordings. Audio is streamed for transcription and discarded; it is not written to our servers.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

3. How audio and text are processed

When you press Start, audio from your microphone is sent in real time to a speech-recognition and translation provider (currently Google's Gemini API) to produce text; each sentence is sent to the same provider for translation; when you ask the app to speak a translation aloud, that English sentence is sent to the same provider to synthesise speech. After you press Stop, the text is sent to the same provider to generate a summary. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms, do not use your data to train their models under the API terms we use, and are contractually bound to protect it to at least the same standard as this policy. The app shows this disclosure and asks for your consent before any data is sent, the first time you press Start. Transcripts and summaries are then stored in our database, hosted by Supabase.

Data may be processed or stored outside Australia (for example in the United States). By using Diting you consent to this transfer.

4. Why we use your information

To provide the Service: live captions, transcripts, and summaries.
To sign you in and keep your records associated with your account.
To diagnose and fix problems.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use your transcripts to train models.

5. Other people's information

Transcripts will contain what other people said. You are responsible for telling them and for complying with any recording or consent laws that apply where you are. The phone lying on the table with live captions visible also makes it apparent that captions are being generated.

6. Retention and deletion

Transcripts and summaries are kept until you delete them. Long-press any record in the app to delete it.
You can delete your whole account from Settings. This permanently removes your email address and all your records from our database.
Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting provider. Access to the database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export (copy from within the app), or delete your information at any time. If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your information, email hello@diting.app. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Children

Diting is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be noted in the app.
